In the just concluded Oguta, Ohaji Egbema and Oru West Federal Constituency of All Progressive Congress primaries, Chief Uzoma Emeodi has been emerged as winner of the primary of the Federal constituency organized on Saturday.
Emeodi emerged winner the consesus primary with the highest number of votes against other contenders to emerge winner.
